A typical month with Arcadia

This isn’t a set it and forget it community. Nothing worth it is forgettable or easy.

Calling on our the Arcadia Principles, each month has a theme of financial, mental, physical or relational. If one of those sounds daunting or uninteresting, there many be some work to be done. Each of these themes will continue through out the year with a monthly focus on one.

  • Live Expert Session

    Join us for an expert discussion to kick off the monthly theme tied to the Arcadia principles. You’ll walk away with perspective, clarity, and tools you’ll actually use. These calls set the stage for the work to be done in the month ahead. 

    Monthly Challenge Drops

    Simple digestible daily prompts to support your leadership all month. You will be placed in small groups to challenge and hold each other accountable.

  • You meet in a small group with peers (matched by leadership stage or interest) to reflect, share, and stay accountable.

    You’ll walk away clearer, with a plan and challenged.

  • Group discussions with the Arcadia Leaders. Real-time coaching, member hot seats and live Q+A on community provided topics. These sessions will provide tactile feedback and real conversation about what’s actually holding you back and what to do next.

  • End the month intentionally. We share wins. We name what shifted. We prep for what’s next.
